Dr. Sicher completed her undergraduate degree at Washington University in St. Louis and earned her Medical Degree at Ben Gurion University of the Negev’s Medical School for International Health in Israel. She completed her General Adult Psychiatry training, serving as Chief Resident, at UCSF-Fresno and pursued a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at USC. She is board-certified in both Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and she holds a license from the Medical Board of California.

Dr. Sicher’s dedication to advancing the field of psychiatry is evident in her commitment to a truly integrated, whole-person approach, which takes into account developmental stages across the lifespan, lifestyle factors, and relational influences. Her passion for alternative treatment modalities, such as TMS and Ketamine therapy, reflects her drive to provide innovative solutions for those struggling with treatment-resistant conditions.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Sicher is certified in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute and is currently a Clinical Associate in the Adult Psychoanalytic program at The New Center for Psychoanalysis in Los Angeles. Her diverse training and extensive experience make her a strong asset to Pulse TMS, where she brings her passion for supervision, leadership, and pioneering therapies that promote sustainable mental health outcomes. Dr. Sicher is especially enthusiastic about implementing newer interventional modalities like TMS to help adolescents and young adults overcome mental health challenges and achieve lasting well-being.
